This notice is made in respect of Biokraft International AB (publ) (previously Scandinavian Biogas Fuels International AB (publ)) ("Biokraft") up to SEK 1,200,000,000 senior secured floating rate green bonds due 2026 (ISIN: SE0015812441) (the "Bonds").

Biokraft announced on 22 March 2024 that it had resolved to apply for delisting of the shares in Biokraft from Nasdaq First North Premier Growth Market ("Nasdaq") (the "Delisting") on the request of its shareholder 1Vision Biogas AB. The Delisting occurred on 9 April 2024, and triggered a Change of Control Event under the terms and conditions for the Bonds (the "Terms and Conditions").

As a result of the Change of Control Event, each holder of a Bond (each a "Bondholder") had a right to request that all, or some only, of its Bonds are repurchased at a price per Bond equal to 101 percent of the Nominal Amount together with accrued but unpaid interest, pursuant to Clause 9.6.1 of the Terms and Conditions. The deadline to request such repurchase of Bonds has occurred at 12:00 CET on 14 May 2024.

As of today, Bondholders holding Bonds in a total Nominal Amount equal to SEK 30 million have requested that their Bonds are repurchased.

The Redemption Date applicable to those Bondholders who have submitted a valid repurchase instruction in accordance with the repurchase instruction form, in due time, will be no later than on 1 July 2024.

Following the applicable Redemption Date, Biokraft will hold Bonds in a total Nominal Amount equal to SEK 651.25 million.
