BioDue: Ricavi consolidati 9M 2018
I Ricavi consolidati 9M 2018 in aumento del +13,8% a 29,9 mln € Mercato estero a +28,8%
A trainare la crescita i marchi propri Selerbe (+17,1%) e BiOfta (+20,9%)
Il Consiglio di Amministrazione della Capogruppo BioDue, tenutosi in data odierna, ha esaminato i ricavi consolidati da contratti con i clienti dei primi nove mesi del 2018, di seguito esposti.

Vanni Benedetti, Presidente di BioDue: "La crescita dei ricavi consolidati è in linea con le previsioni del piano industriale. Come nel primo semestre, il dato dei primi nove mesi conferma un incremento sull'estero con una costante penetrazione dei marchi propri in nuovi mercati. Sta inoltre confermandosi il progressivo riposizionamento della produzione sui marchi "propri". "
I ricavi consolidati dei primi nove mesi 2018 sono pari a 29,9 mln €, in crescita di 3,6 mln € (+13,8% rispetto ai primi nove mesi del 2017).
Per la Capogruppo BioDue, la crescita è del +6,5%:
- la Divisione Industriale ha conseguito ricavi per 15,0 mln €, (+3,0%), seguendo il percorso di crescita registrato nel 1H 2018;
- -la Divisione Pharcos ha conseguito ricavi per 6,0 mln € (+2,9%);
la Divisione Selerbe ha conseguito ricavi per 4,6 mln € (+17,1%); la crescita è da ricondurreprincipalmente alle vendite dei prodotti personalizzati al cliente farmacista ed erborista;
- la Divisione BiOfta ha conseguito ricavi per 2,3 mln € (+20,9%), a conferma del lavoro intrapreso dalla rete commerciale sugli specialisti oftalmologi.
L'analisi di tali valori evidenzia dunque la conferma di tassi di crescita rilevanti dei marchi propri Pharcos, Selerbe e BiOfta (+9,6% rispetto al 2017).
Si sottolinea, infine, l'importante contributo apportato dalla controllata LaBiotre (consolidata nel 2017 solo al 31 dicembre, senza effetto sul conto economico del gruppo) che ha conseguito ricavi verso terze parti per 1,9 mln € (+7,9% rispetto al 2017).
La ripartizione geografica dei ricavi consolidati evidenzia una crescita della componente estera del +28,8%, maggiore rispetto a quella registrata dalla componente domestica del +11,7%, in linea con l'orientamento stra-tegico teso a rafforzare il processo di internazionalizzazione e di apertura di nuovi mercati.

Farcoderma S.r.l., partecipata al 43,42% da luglio 2018 e in relazione alla quale sono in corso trattative per l'acquisizione della maggioranza (si veda comunicato stampa del 31 luglio u.s.), non inclusa nei ricavi consoli-dati sopra esposti, ha conseguito ricavi per 4,9 mln € (+11,1% rispetto al 2017).
BioDue sviluppa, produce e commercializza dispositivi medici, prodotti dermocosmetici e integratori alimentari (solidi e liquidi) con particolare focalizzazione nei preparati fitoterapici.
L'azienda opera sia per conto di grandi realtà farmaceutiche nazionali e internazionali («divisione Industriale») che per i propri marchi («divisione Pharcos», «divisione Selerbe» e «divisione BiOfta» per i prodotti dermatologici, fitoterapici e oftalmici).

Consolidated revenues 9M 2018 increase of +13.8%, 29.9 mln € Rest of the world +28.8%
Relevant growth of the own brands Selerbe (+17.1%) and BiOfta (+20.9%)
Today, the Board of Directors of parent company BioDue analysed consolidated revenues as of September 30, 2018, as below shown:

Vanni Benedetti, Chairman of BioDue: "The growth of consolidated revenues is in line with the business plan.
As in the first half of 2018, revenues in the first nine months confirm the stable expansion of our own brands in foreign markets. As in our provisions, our own brands are growing at a faster rate than the industrial division."
Consolidated revenues in the first nine months of 2018 amount to 29.9 mln €, growing by 3.6 mln € (+13.8% compared to the first nine months of 2017).
The increase of the parent company BioDue is +6.5%:
- Industrial revenues amount to 15.0 mln € (+3.0%), following the growth path recorded in the first half of 2018;
- -Pharcos revenues amount to 6.0 mln € (+2.9%);
Selerbe revenues amount to 4.6 mln € (+17.1%); the growth is mainly due to the sales of private-label
products to pharmacists and herbalists;
- BiOfta revenues amount to 2.3 mln € (+20.9%), confirming the work undertaken by the commercial network on ophthalmologists.
Revenues breakdown by category and brand confirms the own brands Pharcos, Selerbe and BiOfta relevant growth rates (+ 9.6% compared to 2017).
Finally, it is important to note the effect of the newly consolidated subsidiary LaBiotre (consolidated since December 31, 2017 and not included in the consolidated income statement of the prior period) that achieved 1.9 mln € revenues with third parties (+7.9% compared to 2017).
Consolidated revenues breakdown by geography shows a +28.8% growth in the foreign component.
This is greater than the +11.7% growth in domestic revenues, in line with the strategy to strengthen the internationalization process and open new markets.

Farcoderma S.r.l., 43.42% owned at July 2018 (BioDue is negotiating to purchase the majority of stakes, see press release dated July 31, 2018), achieved 4.9 mln € revenues as of September 30, 2018 (+11.1% compared to 2017). It is not included in the consolidated revenues above shown.
BioDue develops, manufactures and commercializes Medical Devices, dermatological and cosmetic products and food supplement products, with a deep focus on phytotherapy products.
