On February 2, 2023, Berry Global Group, Inc. ("Berry" or the "Company") issued a press release announcing that its Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Thomas E. Salmon, has advised the Berry Board of Directors of his intention to retire as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer effective December 31, 2023.
