Forge Resources Corp., formerly Benjamin Hill Mining Corp., is a junior exploration company. The Company is engaged in the business of the exploration and development of natural resource properties in Canada. The Company is focused on exploring and advancing the Alotta project, a prospective porphyry copper-gold-molybdenum project located 50 km south-east of the Casino porphyry deposit in the unglaciated portion of the Dawson Range porphyry/epithermal belt in the Yukon Territory of Canada. The Alotta Project hosts an un-drilled porphyry prospect that is situated in a similar geological setting and in close proximity to Western Copper and Gold's Casino Deposit. The Company holds a 40% interest in Aion Mining Corp. Aion Mining Corp is developing the fully permitted La Estrella coal project in Santander, Colombia. The project includes eight known seams of metallurgical and thermal coal.
