The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered seat in Warsaw (hereinafter, the 'Company') hereby announces that on 17 November 2020 they received a notice pursuant to Article 19, Sec. 1 of the MAR Regulation from od Benefit Invest Ltd, an entity closely related to: Mr James van Bergh, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Company and Michael Sanderson, member of the Supervisory Board of the Company, about selling on 16 November 2020 a total of 8,800 shares of the Company at a price of PLN 650.00 per share. The notice, in its full wording, is attached as appendices hereto.
