Supervisory Board of Bank Saint Petersburg passed a resolution approving Alexander S. Konyshkov as candidate to the Bank's Management Board and appointing him to the position of First Deputy Chairman of the Management Board. The North West Main Department of the Central Bank of Russia also approved Mr. Konyshkov's appointment.

In his new official capacity Mr. Konyshkov will be in charge of coordinating the Bank's corporate business.

Alexander Konyshkov graduated from the St. Petersburg University of Economics and Finance in 1993 with a degree in International Economic Relations, and has two decades of experience in the banking sector. Before joining Bank Saint Petersburg, Mr. Konyshkov worked for Raiffeisenbank, managing all of the bank's operations in the Northwestern Federal District. Prior to that, he was in charge of corporate and international businesses of Dresdner Bank and headed the Saint-Petersburg Branch of the International Moscow Bank.
