Bank Saint Petersburg summarized its performance for 10M 2021 under RAS (non-consolidated financials calculated in accordance with BSPB`s internal methodology based on RAS).

Financial highlights for 10M 2021:

- Net Income for 10M 2021 amounted to RUB 14.9 bn (+96.3% compared with 10M 2020);

- Net Interest Income for 10M 2021 amounted to RUB 22.7 bn (+14.1% compared with 10M 2020);

- Net Fee and Commission Income for 10M 2021 amounted to RUB 7.3 bn (+27.6% compared with 10M 2020);

- Loans to corporates in 10M 2021 increased by 13.9% and amounted to RUB 388.7 bn;

- Loans to individuals in 10M 2021 increased by 13.8% and amounted to RUB 130.5 bn

Results summary for 10M 2021

Net Interest Income for 10M 2021 amounted to RUB 22.7 bn (+14.1% compared with 10M 2020).

Net Fee and Commission Income for 10M 2021 increased by 27.6% compared with 10M 2020 and amounted to RUB 7.3 bn.

Net Trading income for 10M 2021 amounted to RUB 3.2 bn (-34.7% compared with 10M 2020).

Revenues for 10M 2021 amounted to RUB 34.6 bn (+9.0% compared with 10M 2020).

Operating expenses for 10M 2021 amounted to RUB 12.5 bn (+8.9% compared with 10M 2020). Cost-to-Income ratio for 10M 2021 stood at 36.2% (36.2% for 10M 2020).

Provisions for 10M 2021 amounted to RUB 3.7 bn (-65.8% compared with 10M 2020).

Net income before taxes for 10M 2021 amounted to RUB 18.4 bn (+92.7% compared to 10M 2020).
Net Income for 10M 2021 increased by 96.3% compared with 10M 2020 and amounted to RUB 14.9 bn.
Return on Equity (ROE) amounted to 19.3% for 10M 2021 (11.1% for 10M 2020).

Bank's assets amounted to RUB 800.2 bn as of November 1, 2021 (+9.5% compared with January 1, 2021; +3.9% compared with October 1, 2021).

Liabilities. As of November 1, 2021, customer deposits totalled RUB 493.4 bn (+2.0% compared with January 1, 2021; -0.1% compared with October 1, 2021). The corporate customer deposits amounted to RUB 210.7 bn (+0.4% compared with January 1, 2021; -1.2% compared with October 1, 2021). Retail customer deposits amounted to RUB 282.7 bn (+3.3% compared with January 1, 2021; +0.8% compared with October 1, 2021).

As of November 1, 2021, the Bank's total capital calculated under the CBR regulations (Basel III) amounted to RUB 95.7 bn (+11.6% compared with January 1, 2021, +2.3% compared with October 1, 2021).
As of November 1, 2021, the Bank's Tier 1 capital stood at RUB 71.5 bn (+5.4% compared with January 1, 2021, -1.4% compared with October 1, 2021).

As a result, the Tier 1 capital adequacy ratio (N1.2) as of November 1, 2021 amounted to 10.4% (required regulatory minimum is 6.0%) and the total capital adequacy ratio (N1.0) as of November 1, 2021 amounted to 13.8% (required regulatory minimum is 8.0%).

Loan portfolio totalled RUB 519.4 bn as of November 1, 2021 (+13.9% compared with January 1, 2021; +1.8% compared with October 1, 2021). Corporate loan portfolio amounted to RUB 388.7 bn (+13.9% compared with January 1, 2021; +2.1% compared with October 1, 2021). Loans to individuals amounted to RUB 130.5 bn (+13.8% compared with January 1, 2021; +1.0% compared with October 1, 2021).

As of November 1, 2021, the share of the overdue loans amounted to 5.3% (4.9% as of January 1, 2021 and 5.6% as of October 1, 2021). Provision coverage ratio (total provisions / total overdue loans) is 195%.
