Bank Saint Petersburg summarized its performance for 11M 2021 under RAS (non-consolidated financials calculated in accordance with BSPB`s internal methodology based on RAS).

Financial highlights for 11M 2021:

- Net Income for 11M 2021 amounted to RUB 17.2 bn (+76.3% compared with 11M 2020);

- Net Interest Income for 11M 2021 amounted to RUB 25.1 bn (+13.8% compared with 11M 2020);

- Net Fee and Commission Income for 11M 2021 amounted to RUB 7.9 bn (+24.5% compared with 11M 2020);

- Loans to corporates in 11M 2021 increased by 16.4% and amounted to RUB 397.0 bn;

- Loans to individuals in 11M 2021 increased by 14.9% and amounted to RUB 131.7 bn

Results summary for 11M 2021

Net Interest Income for 11M 2021 amounted to RUB 25.1 bn (+13.8% compared with 11M 2020).

Net Fee and Commission Income for 11M 2021 increased by 24.5% compared with 11M 2020 and amounted to RUB 7.9 bn.

Net Trading income for 11M 2021 amounted to RUB 4.2 bn (-14.8% compared with 11M 2020).

Revenues for 11M 2021 amounted to RUB 38.8 bn (+11.9% compared with 11M 2020).

Operating expenses for 11M 2021 amounted to RUB 13.7 bn (+10.2% compared with 11M 2020). Cost-to-Income ratio for 11M 2021 stood at 35.3% (35.9% for 11M 2020).

Provisions for 11M 2021 amounted to RUB 3.8 bn (-63.4% compared with 11M 2020).

Net income before taxes for 11M 2021 amounted to RUB 21.2 bn (+81.1% compared to 11M 2020).
Net Income for 11M 2021 increased by 76.3% compared with 11M 2020 and amounted to RUB 17.2 bn.
Return on Equity (ROE) amounted to 20.0% for 11M 2021 (12.8% for 11M 2020).

Bank's assets amounted to RUB 831.3 bn as of December 1, 2021 (+13.8% compared with January 1, 2021; +7.9% compared with October 1, 2021).

Liabilities. As of December 1, 2021, customer deposits totalled RUB 496.1 bn (+2.6% compared with January 1, 2021; +0.5% compared with October 1, 2021). The corporate customer deposits amounted to RUB 215.0 bn (+2.4% compared with January 1, 2021; +0.8% compared with October 1, 2021). Retail customer deposits amounted to RUB 281.1 bn (+2.7% compared with January 1, 2021; +0.2% compared with October 1, 2021).

As of December 1, 2021, the Bank's total capital calculated under the CBR regulations (Basel III) amounted to RUB 96.5 bn (+12.5% compared with January 1, 2021, +3.1% compared with October 1, 2021).
As of December 1, 2021, the Bank's Tier 1 capital stood at RUB 71.4 bn (+5.3% compared with January 1, 2021, -1.5% compared with October 1, 2021).

As a result, the Tier 1 capital adequacy ratio (N1.2) as of December 1, 2021 amounted to 9.5% (required regulatory minimum is 6.0%) and the total capital adequacy ratio (N1.0) as of December 1, 2021 amounted to 12.8% (required regulatory minimum is 8.0%).

Loan portfolio totalled RUB 528.7 bn as of December 1, 2021 (+16.0% compared with January 1, 2021; +3.7% compared with October 1, 2021). Corporate loan portfolio amounted to RUB 397.0 bn (+16.4% compared with January 1, 2021; +4.3% compared with October 1, 2021). Loans to individuals amounted to RUB 131.7 bn (+14.9% compared with January 1, 2021; +2.0% compared with October 1, 2021).

As of December 1, 2021, the share of the overdue loans amounted to 5.4% (4.9% as of January 1, 2021 and 5.6% as of October 1, 2021). Provision coverage ratio (total provisions / total overdue loans) is 195%.
