Bank "Saint Petersburg" Public Joint Stock : Saint Petersburg Supervisory Board decision on new candidates to the Board

On November 25, 2021, the Bank's Supervisory Board meeting was held.

The Supervisory Board members approved the list of candidates to the Supervisory Board of PJSC "Bank "Saint-Petersburg" to be elected during the extraordinary shareholders' meeting as follows:

Guntis Beļavskis;

Andrey Pavlovich Bychkov;

Alexey Andreyevich Germanovich;

Vladislav Stanislavovich Guz;

Andrey Mikhailovich Zvyozdochkin;

Elena Viktorovna Ivannikova;

Yury Genrikhovich Levin;

Alexander Vasilyevich Savelyev;

Thomas M. Veraszto.

The new candidate to the Supervisory Board is Gutis Belavskis. At the moment he holds positions of Investment company "JMK Investments" (Latvia) Board member, Limited Liability Company "Associate" (Latvia) Board member, Limited Liability Company "BP Sports" (Latvia) Board member.

He graduated from the Institute of Transport and Communications (Riga, Latvia) as a Bachelor of social sciences in management, has ample experience in management of large financial institutions: from 2010 to 2012 - AS «Citadele Banka» (Latvia) he served as a member of the Executive Board, from 2012 to 2020 - AS «Citadele Banka» (Latvia) Chairman of the Executive Board, from 2013 to 2020 - Finance Latvia Association Board member, from 2016 to 2019 - Finance Latvia Association Chairman of the Board, the candidate is also a founder of UPFRONT sales development company in Latvia.

The candidate was nominated by minority shareholder European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
