Following a Board of Directors' decision for an increase in capital of Balkan and Sea Properties REIT adopted on 25 November 2022 and a subsequent announcement under Art. 89s of the POSA made on 03 February 2023 via the website of the electronic media InfoStock (www.infostock.bg), the issuer (www.bsproperties.eu) and the authorised investment intermediary (www.real-finance.net), please, be informed in pursuance of Art. 112b (3) of the POSA, that:
- The right to take part in the capital increase is entitled to all shareholders registered with the central securities register not later than five (5) business days after the date of publication of the public offering notice under Art. 89s (1) of the POSA, i.e. by Friday, 10 February 2023 (Record Date).
- The final date for transacting shares of this company on the Exchange, as a result of which the holder will be entitled to take part in the capital increase, will be Wednesday, 08 February 2023 (Ex-Date: 09 February 2023).
