BAIC Motor Corporation Limited Announces Resignation of Xu Heyi Has as Chairman, Non-Executive Director, Chairman of the Strategy Committee and the Chairman of the Nomination Committee

The board of directors of BAIC Motor Corporation Limited announced that, due to work re-designation, Mr. Xu Heyi has resigned as the chairman, a non-executive director, the chairman of the strategy committee and the chairman of the nomination committee under the Board of the company with effect from 9 September 2020.
