In response to recent Press reports regarding interest in its acquisition, AVAX SA (the «Company») informs the investment public that the Company and its management have not received or contemplated any offer from any interested party regarding its acquisition, therefore any such report is unfounded and untrue.
The Company and its management remain focused on their strategic targets.
