(Reuters) - Waste management firm Augean said on Wednesday it agreed to a buyout offer of 341 million pounds ($468 million) from a group affiliated to London-based investment manager Ancala Partners LLP.
The offer of 325 pence per share for Augean tops a 280-pence offer in July from Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Inc.
