Notice on the transaction by person entrusted with managerial duties within the Issuer

Atlantic Grupa d.d., Miramarska 23, Zagreb (hereinafter also as: the Company or the Issuer) hereby announces that Neven Vranković, Member of the Management Board released 8.000 shares of Atlantic Grupa d.d., of the total nominal amount of EUR 64,000.00, by the transaction made on 02 May 2024, at the regulated market of the Zagreb Stock Exchange, which represent 0,06% of the share capital of the Company and provide 0,06% votes at the General Assembly of the Company. Before the aforementioned release, Member of the Management Board Neven Vranković held 92,096 shares of the Company of the total nominal amount of EUR 736,768.00 which represent 0,69% of the share capital of the Company and provide 0,69% votes at the General Assembly of the Company. After the aforementioned release, Member of the Management Board Neven Vranković holds 84,096 shares of the Company, of the total nominal amount of EUR 672,768.00 which represent 0,63% of the share capital of the Company and provide 0,63% votes at the General Assembly of the Company.
