Reference to Board of Directors' Meeting No.3/2022 date August 11, 2022 0f Asiasoft Corporation Public Company Limited (the "Company"), approved to establishment of new joint venture company with BITKUB VENTURES CO., LTD., the name of Joint Venture Company "KUBPLAY COMPANY LIMITED".

Due to the name of new Joint Venture Company cannot be reserved to register with the Department of Business Development, Ministry of Commerce, the Company would like to inform the change of the name of the new joint venture company as follows:

Former	KUBPLAY COMPANY LIMITED
New	KUBPLAY ENTERTAINMENT COMPANY LIMITED

If there is any progress regarding the registration of the new joint venture company, The Company will inform later.
