The Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders No. 1/2021 of Asia Aviation Public Company Limited (the "Company"), held on November 26, 2021, resolved to approve the allocation of newly-issued ordinary shares in the amount of 5,028,571,429 shares to 7 investors in a Private Placement at a price of Baht 1.75 per share, totaling Baht 8,800 million and the issuance and offering of Convertible Bonds in the amount of 2,200,000 units to 2 investors in a Private Placement at a price of Baht 1,000 per unit, totaling Baht 2,200 million as well as the allocation of newly-issued ordinary shares in the amount of 1,714,285,714 shares to the existing shareholders proportionate to their respective shareholdings (RO) at a price of Baht 1.75 per share, totaling Baht 3,000 million. The Company has received proceeds in the total net amount of Baht 13,805.42 million (after deducting expenses in connection with the offering).

Asia Aviation Public Company Limited is a Thailand-based holding company. The Company is engaged in investing in a low-fare airline or relevant business in relation to airline operations under the brand Thai Air Asia. Its segments include scheduled flight operations, and chartered flight operations.
