Transactions of persons exercising managerial duties
The "AS COMMERCIAL - INDUSTRIAL COMPUTER AND TOY COMPANY SA" and the distinctive title "AS COMPANY S.A." (General Commercial Registry No.: 057546304000), informs the investment public that, according to Law 3556/2007 and article 19 of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014, Mr. Apostolos Petalas, Non-Executive Vice- Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company (obligated person exercising managerial duties under article 19 of Regulation 596/2014), notified the company that on 14/05/2024 he purchased thirteen thousand five hundred seventy (13.570) common shares of the company, at 2,68 euros each, of a total value of € 36.367,60. The above was notified to the company on 15/05/2024. After the above purchase, the percentage held by Mr. Apostolos Petalas on the shares with voting rights amounts to 0.14529%.
