Advanced Emissions Solutions, Inc. Appoints Morgan Fields as Chief Accounting Officer

Advanced Emissions Solutions, Inc. announced that on August 12, 2021, the Company's board of directors ("BOD") approved the creation of the Chief Accounting Officer position and the appointment of Morgan Fields to this position effective August 17, 2021. Ms. Fields previously held the position of Vice President of Accounting. She will continue to hold the principal financial officer designation.
Arq, Inc. is an environmental technology company. The Company is principally engaged in the sale of consumable air, water, and soil treatment solutions including activated carbon (AC) and chemical technologies. Its AC products enable customers to reduce air, water, and soil contaminants, including mercury, per-and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) and other pollutants to meet the challenges of air quality and water regulations.
