Advanced Emissions Solutions, Inc. Announces Resignation of Brian Leen from the Board

On April 8, 2021, Brian Leen resigned from his position as member of Advanced Emissions Solutions, Inc.'s Board of Directors. Mr. Leen's resignation was not the result of any disagreements with the company on any matters relating to the company's operations, policies or practices. Mr. Leen served on the Board since February 27, 2019. On April 9, 2021 the Board voted unanimously to reduce the size of the Board from seven members to five members, effective as of April 9, 2021. There are no changes to the membership on the standing committees of the Board the Audit Committee, the Compensation Committee, and the Nominating and Governance Committee in light of the director departure and the reduced size of the Board.
