The company would like to report the utilization of capital increase from ordinary shares to private placement as approved by the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders No. 1/2021 on 8 November 2021 that had allocated and offered a new amount of ordinary shares, not exceeding 25,597,443,434, to the existing shareholders. The company has increased capital through the issuance of 8,354,426,537 shares at the price of THB 0.024 per share, totaling THB 200,506,236.89. The total expenses and fees were THB 1,584,380.46. The capital increase, after deducting expenses, amounted to THB 198,921,856.43.

The company hereby reports on the use of funds from the capital increase as at 30 June
