Donnell A. Segalas Concludes his Service as a Member of the Board of Annaly Capital Management, Inc

Annaly Capital Management, Inc. announced that director Donnell A. Segalas stepped down from the Company’s Board of Directors upon the scheduled expiration of his term at the Company’s Annual Meeting of Stockholders held on May 19, 2021. Prior to the Annual Meeting, Mr. Segalas had served as a member of the Management Development and Compensation Committee, Nominating/Corporate Governance Committee and Corporate Responsibility Committee. Mr. Segalas had previously served as the Chair of the MDC Committee.
Annaly Capital Management, Inc. is a diversified capital manager with investment strategies across mortgage finance. The Company owns a portfolio of real estate-related investments, including mortgage pass-through certificates, collateralized mortgage obligations, credit risk transfer (CRT) securities, and other securities representing interests in or obligations backed by pools of mortgage loans, residential mortgage loans and mortgage servicing rights (MSR). Its investment groups include Annaly Agency Group, Annaly Residential Credit Group and Annaly Mortgage Servicing Rights Group.
