COMPLETION OF ACQUISITION OF THE ENTIRE ISSUED AND PAID-UP SHARE CAPITAL OF

ABC CARBURANTS SARL

The board of directors (the "Board") of AnAn International Limited (the "Company") refers to its announcement on 29 October 2021 (the "Acquisition Announcement") in relation to the proposed acquisition of a 100% stake in ABC CARBURANTS Sarl (the "Target Company") by its indirect subsidiary, Dyneff SAS ("Dyneff") from each of Mr. Jean-Philippe Beziat and Ms. Marie-Christine Beziat (collectively known as the "Vendors") (the "Proposed Transaction").

Further to the Acquisition Announcement, the Board is pleased to announce that all the conditions precedent to the Proposed Transaction have been fulfilled and further thereto, the Proposed Transaction has been completed on 1 December 2021. Following the completion of the Proposed Transaction, Dyneff has acquired from the Vendors the entire issued and paid-up share capital of the Target Company and the Target Company is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of Dyneff.
