The Management Board of Amica Spółka Akcyjna with its registered office in Wronki (hereinafter: Company) announces that on this day (i.e. on 24 July 2018), the Company received a notification from a person discharging managerial responsibilities in 'Amica Spółka Akcyjna' that on 20 July 2018, the said person purchased the Company's shares (the transaction in question was executed during a trading session on the Warsaw Stock Exchange).
