The Management Board of Amica Spółka Akcyjna with its registered office in Wronki (hereinafter: Company) announces that on this day (i.e. on 04 July 2018), the Company received two notifications from a person discharging managerial responsibilities in 'Amica Spółka Akcyjna' that on 02 July and 04 July 2018, the said person purchased the Company's shares (the transactions in question were executed during a trading session on the Warsaw Stock Exchange).
