On June 10th and 11th, American Axle & Manufacturing Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: AXL) (AAM) will be participating in two virtual investor conferences. As part of these conferences, we plan to provide the following update to investors:

•During the month of May, AAM restarted its operations in North America and Europe and is currently in the process of ramping up production, along with our customers and supply base.

•AAM expects to have at least $1.2 billion of liquidity at June 30, 2020.
