NOTICE TO SHAREHOLDERS

PAYMENT OF INTEREST ON EQUITY

We hereby inform our shareholders that the payment of interest on equity, subject to Withholding Income Tax (IRRF) in accordance with the current legislation, approved by the Board of Directors' Meeting held on December 27, 2021, and disclosed to the market on the same date, will be paid on December 21, 2022.

As already informed in the notice to the market published on December 27, 2021, the benefit covers all 579,082,028 book-entry shares comprising the Company's capital stock, excluding the shares held in treasury.

The payment of interest on equity is in the gross amount of R$ 90,000,000.00, equivalent to R$0.14832169916 per common share and R$0.16315386908 per preferred share.

Shareholders registered as such on December 30, 2021 are entitled to receive the interest on equity and the shares will be traded ex-rights as of January 03, 2022. Payment will be made on December 21, 2022.
