Allied Motion Technologies Inc. Appoints Linda P. Duch to the Board of Directors

Allied Motion Technologies Inc. announced the appointment of Linda P. Duch to its Board of Directors, effective September 24, 2018. With the addition of Ms. Duch, Allied’s Board is now composed of eight directors, six of whom are independent. Ms. Duch has over forty years of experience with significant diversified financial institutions and currently serves as president of Partners for Business. Ms. Duch also selectively engages in consulting assignments for strategic planning, executive coaching, and sales and marketing. Prior to KeyCorp, she spent sixteen years at Empire of America, a multi-state financial institution. Ms. Duch currently serves on the Board of Directors of Merchants Mutual Insurance Company where she chairs the Audit Committee and also serves on the Investment Committee. She formerly served as a trustee of the New York State Power Authority and as a board member of the WNY Economic Development Corporation.
