Alicorp S.A.A. ("Alicorp" or "the Company") (Lima Stock Exchange: ALICORC1 and ALICORI1) Peru's leading Consumer Goods and B2B company, announced today changes in its top management.

Alicorp has initiate a succession plan for its Chief Executive Officer position. Mr. Alfredo Pérez Gubbins will remain in the role until December 2023, leading the strategic priorities defined for this year. Mr. Pérez has been part of Alicorp and the Romero Group for nearly 20 years and, in the last 8 years, has led the Company with high professionalism and human quality. Under his leadership, Mr. Pérez led the acquisition and integration of important companies in Peru and Bolivia; and encouraged innovation and digital transformation through several initiatives, such as Diadia, Insuma and the most recent launch in the hair care platform, Amarás, which is gaining a remarkable position in the Peruvian market.

Additionally, Stefan Stern Uralde, current Vice President of Supply Chain, will leave the company in October 2023. Mr. Stern has led strategic roles, such as Vice President of Alicorp Soluciones and Supply Chain during his 15 years - tenure in Alicorp, demonstrating commitment and high professionalism.

As part of this process, Manuel Romero Valdez, current Chief Financial Officer, will additionally, and temporarily, assume the role of Deputy Chief Executive Officer to accompany the transition between Alfredo and his successor.
