Following shareholder approval at ThinkSmart Limited¿s general meeting on 14 January 2021, Afterpay has issued a total of 1,650,000 fully paid ordinary shares pursuant to the terms of the share purchase agreement relating to the sale of the 6,000,000 fully paid B ordinary shares in the capital of Clearpay Finance Limited held by ThinkSmart Europe Limited.
