Moscow, 26January 2023 - Aeroflot PJSC (Moscow Exchange ticker: AFLT) Announces Aeroflot Group Operating Results for Q4 and FY 2022[1].
Operating results for FY 2022 and its dynamics should be considered in the context of the current geopolitical environment and significant flight restrictions.
After the imposed restrictions Aeroflot Group focused on normalization of operating activities extensively restoring passenger traffic in domestic and available international segment.
KeyhighlightsofFY 2022:
- Aeroflot Group carried 40.7 million passengers, including 35.3 million passengers in domestic segment.
- Group's and Aeroflot's RPK in domestic segment improved by 9.8% and 30.3% year-on-year, respectively.
- Total passenger load factor was 83.6%, up by 3.3 p.p. year-on-year, in domestic segment passenger load factor was 85.9%, an increase of 1.9 p.p. vs. 2021.
Key highlights of Q4 2022:
- Aeroflot Group carried 9.4 million passengers, including 7.9 million passengers in domestic segment.
- Group's and Aeroflot's RPK in domestic segment increased by 5.1% and 17.4% year-on-year, respectively.

Operational efficiency improved: passenger load factor amounted to 82.4%, up by 4.2 p.p.
