Aditya Birla Money Limited announced that it expects to receive INR 800 million in funding from Aditya Birla Capital Limited and other investors

Aditya Birla Money Limited announced a private placement of 1,600,000 4% redeemable non convertible non cumulative preference shares on December 16, 2021. The transaction was approved by the share holders in its extra ordinary general meeting. The transaction include participation from returning investor Aditya Birla Capital Limited, Promoter and Holding Company.
