Adecoagro S.A. announced the appointment of the chairman of the Board of Directors and the composition of each of the Committees of the Board. Chairman of the Board is Plinio Musetti. The company announced Mark Schachter as Chairman of Audit Committee, Andres Velasco and Ivo Sarjanovic as members of Audit Committee. Alan Boyce as Chairman of Commercial Committee, Jim Anderson, Ivo Sarjanovic and Marcelo Vieira as members of Commercial Committee. Plinio Musetti as Chairman of Strategy Committee, Guillaume van der Linden, James Anderson and Daniel Gonzalez as members of Strategy Committee. Guillaume van der Linden as Chairman of Compensation Committee, Daniel Gonzalez, Plinio Musetti, and Andrés Velasco as members of Compensation Committee. The Board of Directors and Senior Management thanked the outgoing member of the Board of Directors and former Chairman, Mr. Abbas F. (“Eddy”) Zuaiter for all of his valuable time, energy, insights and support throughout the years. Mr. Zuaiter has been part of the corporate governance of the company since 2003, and will remain engaged with management and the board as an advisor to the Strategy Committee for the next 12 months.

Its manufacturing activities consist of selling manufactured products, including processed rice, sugar, ethanol and energy, among others, and providing services, such as grain warehousing and conditioning and handling and drying services, among others. The Company's land transformation activities consist of the acquisition of farmlands or businesses with underdeveloped or underutilized agricultural land.
