Activision Blizzard Inc (Empresa), código ISIN BRATVIBDR008, em conexão com Aviso aos Acionistas "AQUISIÇÃO - AVISO PRELIMINAR", divulgado em 24/01/2022, informa que foi anunciada a conclusão da aquisição da Empresa pela Microsoft Corporation

(Adquirente).

Nos termos do acordo, a transação será total em dinheiro, no qual cada ação detida em custódia dará direito ao recebimento de 95,00 USD.

Tendo em vista a conclusão deste evento, as ações da Empresa já deixaram de ser negociadas na Bolsa de

Valores NASDAQ em 13/10/2023.

Importante mencionar que caso a Empresa atualize informações sobre o evento corporativo supracitado, o Banco B3 S.A. soltará novo aviso a mercado, e as datas anunciadas poderão sofrer alterações.

MERGE AND DELISTING OF UNSPONSORED LEVEL

1 BDR PROGRAM

Update FX Rate - 11/10/2023

Banco B3 S.A, as Depositary and Issuer of the Unsponsored Level 1 BDR Program of Activision Blizzard Inc (Company), ISIN BRATVIBDR008, in reference to Notice to Shareholders "AQUISIÇÃO - AVISO PRELIMINAR", released in 24/01/2022, hereby informs that it was announced by the Company the completion of the previously announced Merge with

Microsoft Corporation (Surviving Company).

Under the terms of the agreement, Company's shareholders will receive $95,00 per share in cash.

Taking the above-stated in conclusion, the Company's shares were delisted from the NASDAQ Stock Exchange on 13/10/2023.

Kindly notice that in the event of any updates provided by the parties involved in this transaction, Banco B3 will release a new Notice to Shareholders, and the dates informed below are subject to changes.

O livro estará definitivamente fechado para os processos de emissão e cancelamento a partir de 13/10/2023.

Vale ressaltar que a última data para negociação dos BDR's da Companhia na B3 será no dia 13/10/2023 e a partir do dia 16/10/2023 os BDR's deste programa deixarão de ser negociados na B3.

O Banco B3 informará oportunamente, caso necessário, em novo aviso todos os detalhes para repasse dos recursos bem como a data de sua efetivação.

O Banco B3 acompanha o evento corporativo constantemente, porém é importante salientar que este evento poderá sofrer alterações, impactando diretamente os acionistas e o programa de BDR Não Patrocinado Nível I.

Encerramento do Programa de BDR da Empresa:

Books will be definitely closed for issuances and cancelations from 13/10/2023.

Kindly notice that 13/10/2023 is the last day of trading of Company's Unsponsored Level 1 BDR Program and from 16/10/2023 the BDR Program will be permanently halted for negotiations at B3 Exchange.

Banco B3 will inform, opportunely, in a new Notice to Shareholders, the final BRL Rate per BDR, as well as the tax details - in case that the event is subject to Income Tax.

Banco B3 monitors the corporate event constantly, however it's important to mention that this corporate action, changes may occur impacting the shareholders and the Unsponsored Level 1 BDR Program.

Delisting of Unsponsored Level 1 BDR Program:

O Banco B3 após a data de pagamento do evento, iniciará o processo de descontinuidade do programa de BDR Nível I Não Patrocinado da Companhia junto à B3 e CVM.
