Shareholders are advised that the integrated annual report for the year ended 28 February 2022 ("IAR"), was distributed to shareholders today, 1 July 2022 and is also available on the Company's website at https://www.acsionsa.co.za/integrated_reports.htm

The IAR contains no modifications to Audited Consolidated Annual Financial Results and Cash Dividend Declaration for the year ended 28 February 2022, published on SENS on 10 June 2022.

NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of Acsion shareholders ("AGM") will be held at @Sandton Hotel,5 Benmore Rd, Benmore Gardens, Johannesburg, 2196 on Monday, 1 August 2022 at 09h00 to consider and, if deemed fit, to pass with or without modification, the resolutions set out in the notice of the AGM ("Notice"), which is contained in the IAR.
