Vinci said that its Construction Grands Projets subsidiary won a contract to design and build a liquified natural gas storage facility in the Netherlands.

The contract, worth 160 million euros ($170.3 million), is for a new 180,000 cubic-meter storage tank, the French company said on Friday.

The contract is scheduled to be completed by the second half of 2026, Vinci said.

The company added that LNG tank project is part of the effort to expand the storage and regasification capacity of the Gas Access To Europe terminal that is based in the port of Rotterdam.
