Sicily by Car submits application for listing on the Italian Stock Exchange

(Alliance News) - Industrial Stars of Italy 4 Spa has announced that Sicily by Car Spa - a company with which the business combination is underway - has applied to Borsa Italiana Spa for listing of its ordinary shares and warrants.

The Milan stock exchange operator's decision is expected by Aug. 1.

The stock of Industrial Stars of Italy 4 is unchanged at EUR9.60 per share.
