(Alliance News) - Silver Bullet Data Services Group PLC on Thursday announced new contract wins and renewals with Dutch brewing company Heineken NV and UK pub retailer Greene King Ltd worth a total GBP1.7 million.

Shares in Silver Bullet were up 5.8% to 156.00 pence each in London on Thursday late morning.

The London-based marketing services provider said it renewed its deal with Heineken as the latter's data services partner.

Silver Bullet said it will serve as a "multi-regional resource" for first-party data services, overseeing the implementation of a "comprehensive" first-party customer data strategy and implementation.

It said it is working with Heineken to support both business and technical client stakeholders in the design, deployment, execution, and measurement of data-driven consumer experiences, leveraging Heineken's existing marketing and advertising technology stacks.

This follows both companies working on developing a centre of excellence for Heineken regarding its digital marketing in recent years. This supports the major operating companies within the Heineken Group globally, Silver Bullet said, including in the UK, US, Mexico, Brazil, Spain and Ireland.

Silver Bullet also renewed its 2023 contract with Greene King, alongside securing a new contract, working with the pub retailer to implement technology which enables enhanced personalisation for customers and supports the growth of Greene King's digital transformation programme.

Silver Bullet said it will be providing architects, engineers and experts to ensure that the existing marketing technology is well integrated within Greene King's digital ecosystem, as well as its brick and mortar real estate.

This is with the objective of "delivering highly personalised communications to customers by leveraging profile and behavioural data to improve customer experience", Silver Bullet said.

It added that the contracts will allow Silver Bullet's work with Greene King to expand into new departments and initiatives, "cementing the work done in 2023 by ensuring new teams and stakeholders invest" in the programme Silver Bullet implemented last year.

"These contract wins underscore the rapid advancement of marketing transformation driven by first-party data across the global brand landscape. Being entrusted by our multinational clients to lead their upcoming growth phases serves as robust validation that our strategy is being well adopted as we focus on our clients' intelligent data utilisation in the privacy-centric era," said Silver Bullet Chief Executive Officer Ian James.

"These wins underscore Silverbullet's commitment to driving digital innovation and reinforcing its position as a premier partner in [artificial intelligence]-driven digital transformation."
