Imperial Brands PLC said Wednesday that its chief financial officer Oliver Tant is stepping down and that it will appoint Lukas Paravicini to the role.
The FTSE 100 tobacco company said that it will appoint Paravicini, who is CFO of agricultural commodities and brokerage group ED&F Man Holdings, on Aug. 5 or at an earlier date to be announced.
