Michael Buschmann

Michael Buschmann is currently the Bioengineering Chairman at George Mason University.
He is also the Head of the Bioengineering Department at The Volgenau School of Engineering since 2017.
Additionally, he serves as the Chief Scientific Officer at ChitogenX, Inc. since 2015.
Previously, he worked as a Professor at Corporation de l'École Polytechnique de Montréal from 1994 to 2018.
Dr. Buschmann holds a doctorate degree from Harvard University and Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
He also has an undergraduate degree from George Mason University.
