The NCC announced the approval of the Company's merger with T-Star with
incidental provisions today (January 18th, 2023). One of the incidental
provisions requires the Company to return 10MHz sub 1GHz spectrum without
any compensation by June 30th, 2024. The merger still requires regulatory
approval from the Fair Trade Commission (FTC), Taiwan Stock Exchange (TWSE).
