Orange announced on Tuesday that it plans to showcase nearly 60 start-ups from its ecosystem at the Viva Technology trade show, which opens tomorrow in Paris.

The telecom operator plans to highlight themes such as AI, cybersecurity, networks and the implementation of measures in favor of the environment and a 'responsible' digital charter.

In the area of security, Orange explains that its start-ups cover areas of activity deemed crucial, such as AI for real-time threat management, large language model (LLM) interfaces and private 5G.

As for innovation in networks, the Group intends above all to present its infrastructures in the form of on-demand services that draw on the power of AI and 5G.

In terms of customer experience, the service provider explains that it wants to offer its subscribers an ever simpler, smoother and more connected experience, once again thanks to AI.

With regard to the environment, Orange says it wants to take action on energy management for buildings and steering the energy transition of IT infrastructures through data, AI and IoT.

Orange has also unveiled an initiative called '#ForGoodConnections' in favor of protecting young people by adopting a safer digital world in the face of cyberbullying, access to inappropriate content and hyperconnection/screen time.
