Arias Intel Corp. (OTCPK:ASNT) entered into a letter of intent to spin-off SportXction Technology to its shareholders on June 25, 2018. Arias Intel's shareholders will receive a pro rata share dividend in the new company and Arias would receive a royalty for the use of the technology. The new company will be listed on stock exchange.
