Yuan Jen Enterprises Co.,Ltd. announced earnings results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2020. For the third quarter, the company announced sales was TWD 1,636.262 million compared to TWD 2,078.624 million a year ago. Operating income was TWD 52.170 million compared to TWD 54.849 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 108.772 million compared to TWD 114.053 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was TWD 0.6 compared to TWD 0.63 a year ago. For the nine months, sales was TWD 4,962.929 million compared to TWD 6,533.263 million a year ago. Operating income was TWD 99.094 million compared to TWD 128.946 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 147.885 million compared to TWD 177.254 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was TWD 0.81 compared to TWD 0.97 a year ago.
Yuan Jen Enterprise Co., Ltd. is a Taiwan-based company principally engaged in the trading of plastic and chemical products. The Company provides plastic products, which are applied in the manufacture of electronic components, electric fans, gears, packaging materials and toys; chemical products, which are applied in the manufacture of paint thinners, polyurethane (PU) curing coatings, resins, ultraviolet (UV) curing printing ink and others; oil products, which are applied in the manufacture of boiler oil products in factories, as well as other chemical products. The Company operates its businesses primarily in Taiwan and Mainland China.
