Xplora enters revenue sharing agreement with Nordic telco

Oslo, 01 June 2022 - Xplora Technologies ('Xplora' or 'the Company'), Europe's
leading smartwatch company for kids, today announced a combined distribution and
revenue sharing agreement with DNA Oyj in Finland. The agreement marks another
significant step to drive further penetration in the Finnish market and
showcases the strong value proposition provided by Xplora's industry leading
product offering. 

Xplora extends its distribution capacity in the Nordics through a new agreement
with DNA Oyj ("DNA") in Finland. DNA will market and sell Xplora's smartwatches
through online and retail sales channels across Finland with DNA mobile
subscription plans. The agreement further includes revenue sharing metrics
whereby Xplora will receive a share of the DNA mobile subscription revenue
stream generated from Xplora's smartwatches.

Xplora has in recent years successfully introduced its products in Finland as a
mobile service provider through own webstores and an increasing number of retail
partners. The Company has reached 3% penetration in Finland and 6% Nordic
penetration in the target market of children aged 4-10 and is experiencing
strong growth.
