WHA Business Complex Freehold and Leasehold Real Estate Investment Trust is a Thailand-based real estate investment trust (REIT). The Trust's objective is to seek funds from investors and invest mostly in property or property leasehold rights and to generate benefit from such properties including to improve, alter, develop or dispose of other assets in which the Trust invests or possesses whatsoever lease, sub-lease or sale or other processes for the benefit of the property and create the revenue and return to the Trust and the unitholders. It operates in one business segment, which is investment in property, and the business is only operated in Thailand. The Trust has invested in two property projects: the SJ Infinite One Business Complex Project, which is eight plots of freehold land, and the Bangna Business Complex Project, which is a freehold office building with a total area of over 9,875 square meters. WHA Real Estate Management Company Limited is the REIT manager of the Company.
