Warehouses De Pauw NV reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2021. For the third quarter, the company reported revenue was EUR 72.37 million compared to EUR 63.62 million a year ago. Net income was EUR 264.34 million compared to EUR 64.07 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was EUR 1.44 compared to EUR 0.37 a year ago.
For the nine months, revenue was EUR 207.6 million compared to EUR 180.49 million a year ago. Net income was EUR 715.08 million compared to EUR 198.13 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was EUR 3.93 compared to EUR 1.14 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was EUR 3.93.
Warehouses De Pauw SA develops and invests in logistics property (warehouses and offices). The group's property portfolio amounts to 7.1 million m2. This international portfolio of semi-industrial and logistics buildings is spread over 296 sites at prime logistics locations for storage and distribution in in Belgium, France, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany and Romania.
