Director resignation
The Company advises that Ms Donna Hardman has resigned as non-executive director of the Company.
Ms Hardman has also served as Chair of the Remuneration and Nomination Committee, and member of the Audit and Risk Committee.
The Board thanks Ms Hardman for her valuable contribution and commitment to the Company over her tenure, and wishes her every success in the future.
Ms Lisa MacCallum will join the other non-executive directors, Mr Mark Jewell and Mr David Rennick, as a member of the Committees referred to above.
Mr Jewell (Chair of Board) will now chair the Remuneration and Nomination Committee. These changes are all effective as at the date of this announcement.
