Veeko International Holdings Ltd is an investment holding company principally engaged in the cosmetics and personal care products business. The Company operates through two business segments. The Cosmetics segment is mainly engaged in the sales of cosmetics under the stores named Colourmix and MORIMOR, including skin-care products, perfumery, make-up, personal care and trendy items, hairdressing, body care and cosmeceuticals, as well as health food. The Fashion segment is principally engaged in the manufacture and sales of ladies’ fashion under the brand names of Veeko and Wanko. The Company is also involved in the property leasing business.
