CHANGE OF COMPANY SECRETARY

The Board of Directors of VCPlus Limited (formerly known as Anchor Resources Limited) (the "Company" and together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") wishes to announce the appointment of Ms Yang Lin as Company Secretary of the Company with effect from 1 October 2021, in place of Ms Tan Swee Gek and Ms Ong Beng Hong, the joint Company Secretaries, who have resigned with effect from 30 September 2021.

The Board wishes to record its appreciation to Ms Tan Swee Gek and Ms Ong Beng Hong for their past services.
