The Company operates through two business segments: rental and property management and property development. The Rental and Property Management segment is engaged in the leasing of the Company’s investment properties to earn rental and management fee income and to gain from the appreciation in properties’ values in the long term. The Company is also involved in the provision of administrative services through its subsidiaries.
